Checkout our checkout process. We want to keep it simple and easy for you to order
clips. That's why we've made the most streamlined checkout window ever. Once your
shopping cart is filled and you are ready to proceed to checkout, open the shopping cart
window (on the toolbar). Here you will see your clip ID#, a thumbnail of your clip, a brief
description of the clip and various options for you to consider.

Shopping Cart Options. This is your almost last
chance to remove the clip, view it, move it back to
your bin or change the clip attributes. Once you've
made your decision, click on the  button.

Checkout window. Confirm the details of your clip and make sure they are correct. If you
want to make any changes, click on EDIT.
Fulfillment. Most people will want to choose "Download" as their fulfillment option.
However, if you have a slow modem or a distrust of the downloading process, and are a
resident of the U.S., you may choose to have the clip shipped to you on CD, DVCAM or Beta
SP tape, for an additional charge.
Purchase Location. Residents of California are required by law to pay California sales
taxes.
Shipping Options. You only need to worry about this if you are a U.S. resident, and have
chosen to have the clip(s) shipped to you on tape as opposed to downloading.
Once you have confirmed all these options, click on the button.
After you have reviewed and electronically signed our legal agreement, you will be asked to
login to the site or establish an account with us. This takes only a minute and helps us
process your order in case there is a problem.
Credit card information. For your own security, DVArchive does not store your credit
card information on our server. Thus you will have to enter it each time you process an
order on our site. Enter your credit card information and click on

Mac users take note. If you are using an Apple
Macintosh computer, you will download your clip
by control clicking on the download now icon. Then
select "download image to disk". The download
process will begin.

Time Limit on your Download! Once you have entered your
information, and the transaction has been processed, you will have a 24
hour window to download your clip
